Steps to start these cmmands:
----> First Go to c:/windows/system32 .
---->check ipconfig and ping command exsist.
---->check the path of the system32 directory is exists for this go to prompt and enter PATH command.

----->if not then go to my computer icon and right click on it press enter on properties.
----->go to advanced tab ,select environment var. ,select system PATH variable and write the path inthis for this-
press right key ,add semicolon and " c:/windows/system32". press ok .
-----> go to cmd prompt and check the ipconfig is run.
